This Course is a 24 -hour program of instruction. It is a combination of maintenance theory, best practices, and hands on application that guides the student through maintenance issues from the organizational perspective to individual levels of maintenance. This instruction will familiarize students with the basic principles of how small unmanned aircraft work. This information will facilitate diagnosing and trouble shooting maintenance issues occurring with unmanned aircraft. During this 24 hour course of instruction, students will build a sUAS and demonstrate their grasp of the concepts by conducting an indoor flight with their creation. Students will leave the course with an aircraft, radio controller, toolkit, and work mat.
